The Purpose of the United Methodist Women
The organized unit of the United Methodist is a community of women whose purpose is to know God and experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. The UMW Vision is turning faith, hope and love into action on behalf of women, children and youth around the world.

United Methodist Men President
The United Methodist Men “UMM” are an integral group of men at Clair Memorial UMC continuing to seek ways to grow as a group and as individuals in our Christian walk under the leadership of our Pastor Dawrell Rich. Our mission is to carry the message of Christ to people in our local communities and the world using our time, talent and treasure. We believe that the fruits of the spirit and message of Christ are the key elements necessary to bring about change in a person’s relationship with Christ.

The goal of the Outreach Ministry is to identify social, educational and health needs of individuals, families and the community by addressing these issues in collaboration with local businesses and other community organizations as well as direct contributions from the Clair Memorial UMC family.
Witness Chairperson
(Evangelism & Communications)
The Evangelism ministry teaches men and women the biblical principle of discipleship and empowers others so that they will take full advantage of what the kingdom has to offer in the life and in the life to come.

Nurture Ministries Chairperson
Mrs. Dorothy Tisdale

Nurture focus on the internal needs of the congregation and prepare the people of the church for ministry outside the congregation. The nurturing ministries of the congregation shall give attention to but not limited to education, worship Christian formation, membership care, small groups and stewardship. Attention must be given to the needs of individuals and families of all ages.
The music ministry is a very important part of the worship experience. The Clair Memorial UMC choir strives for excellence. Most of the members have faithfully served on various choirs at Clair throughout the years.
Rehearsals are every Saturday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. New songs are learned at each rehearsal. Members have the commitment, love and most of all the desire to sing passionately for the Glory of our Lord and Savior. New members (young adults and adults) are welcomed with open arms and encouraged to join. Ultimately, with God's Blessing, heavenly voices will fill every choir chair.

Our goal is to provide relevant activities, events, and relationships that will influence youth to know, love, and serve the God of the Bible and His Son Jesus Christ.
